One of the best rated coffees from the Goat Story assortment! The prepared coffee reveals notes of blueberries, cherries, dried figs and nougat. Very rich and balanced in taste.
Farmers from Costa Rica – Oscar and his wife Franciska grow exclusive coffee on their own 60-acre farm, which afterwards is processed on their own processing station. They experiment with different coffee processing methods (Anaerobic and Black Honey). However, most of their coffees are processed with Honey or Natural methods, which are rarely applied in Costa Rica. By controlling the entire coffee process from coffee growing to processing, farmers can ensure the highest quality coffee.
Perfect for filter coffee preparation methods, but also fitting for French Press, Aeropress and Espresso coffee machines. We also recommend using it for Cold Brews.
