Ethiopia Mustefa Abakeno

Due to lack of water in the area and limited space, Mustefa's coffee beans distinguish from others because of fermenting before moving it to drying beds. Such method allows to achieve a result similar to light honey process. Mustefa’s unique, light and fresh coffee has aroma notes of juicy tangerines. After the first sip, you’ll notice gentle lime, tangerine notes and magnolia in the aftertaste.
