About product
The prepared coffee reveals notes of cacao nibs, plums, strawberries and walnuts. Taste is very winey.
These coffee beans come from Rwenzori Mountain area in Uganda. The 106 smallholder farmers working here belong to the special programme called “Great Lakes Coffee Cherry Selection Program”. Thanks to this program, the farmers are paid more for the ripes cherries. Thus the final quality of the beans were improved.
Goat Story roasters say that espresso made from these Uganda beans is one of the best. But it is also good for Cold Brews and Pour Overs.
Due to the exceptional quality and taste, this coffee is marked as Specialty. According to the SCA it scores 84,25 out of 100.
