Coffee tastes even better when it's brewed in a clean, well-maintained coffee machine. Not every cloth is suited for coffee machines though, and some of them may end up scratching the surface of your appliance. That's why we've created a special microfibre cloth for coffee machines.

Washing: can be washed in the washing machine, at a temperature no higher than 40 °C.
The universal descaler "For Better Coffee". Made of natural, high-quality ingredients, this descaler efficiently removes limescale and ensures smooth operation of your coffee machine.

How to use it?
1) Follow the instructions related to the descaling program of your coffee machine;
2) Dilute the descaler using the following ratio: 100 ml of the descaler:1 l of water (if the user manual of your coffee machine indicates that 500 ml of water should be used for the descaling procedure, cut the quantity of the descaler in half too and use 50 ml);
3) Once the descaling program is finished, rinse the water tank of your coffee machine with clean water.
Tip: pour water into the water tank of your coffee machine first, then add the descaler (unless it's specified otherwise in the manual of your coffee machine).
Ingredients: contains lactic acid.
Storage conditions: store in a place inaccessible to children.

May cause severe skin burns and eye damage. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not inhale steam. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/use eye (face) protection equipment. IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN INGESTED: rinse the mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF THE PRODUCT HAS COME INTO CONTACT WITH SKIN (or hair): immediately take off/discard all contaminated clothing. Wash the skin with water/a jet of water. IF THE PRODUCT HAS COME INTO CONTACT WITH EYES: wash carefully with water for a few minutes. Remove contact lenses if there are any and if this can be easily done. Continue washing the eyes. Immediately call the POISON CONTROL AND INFORMATION CENTRE or contact your doctor. Keep locked away. Pour out the contents/throw out the container in accordance with current legislation.

Product and service fantastic. Would have liked the fitted plug to be for UK as the adapter to change from European to UK is rather bulky.
It’s not made clear on the website that although Coffee Friend have a UK site they are in fact based in mainland Europe and purchases are shipped from there. If you purchase a more expensive machine you may be liable to import duties. Our machine took over 2 weeks to arrive due to this and Brexit. Machine came with a European plug and a bulky UK adaptor. Would I buy from them again? Unlikely. I think I’d pay a little more and buy from a UK based outlet, get the machine the next day and not be wondering if I was going to have to pay duty on delivery.

Although very disappointed to realise it’s a European plug with a UK adapter.
It was a gift and chosen for size to use in a campervan but the plug is now very bulky.
This is not made clear on the site or item description so I do feel I have been misold a product.
Manual and instructions are also not in English.Sadly wouldn’t buy from this site again.
