Washing: can be washed in the washing machine, at a temperature no higher than 40 °C.

How to use it?
1) Follow the instructions related to the descaling program of your coffee machine;
2) Dilute the descaler using the following ratio: 100 ml of the descaler:1 l of water (if the user manual of your coffee machine indicates that 500 ml of water should be used for the descaling procedure, cut the quantity of the descaler in half too and use 50 ml);
3) Once the descaling program is finished, rinse the water tank of your coffee machine with clean water.
Tip: pour water into the water tank of your coffee machine first, then add the descaler (unless it's specified otherwise in the manual of your coffee machine).
Ingredients: contains lactic acid.
Storage conditions: store in a place inaccessible to children.

Remove contact lenses if there are any and if this can be easily done. Continue washing the eyes. Immediately call the POISON CONTROL AND INFORMATION CENTRE or contact your doctor. Keep locked away. Pour out the contents/throw out the container in accordance with current legislation.

Yes, you can certainly change the water to your desired volume. Please follow these instructions:
- Turn the machine on and wait for it to be in ready mode(steady lights).
- Fill the water tank with fresh water and insert the capsule.
- Place a cup under the coffee spout.
- Press and hold the Espresso or Lungo button. Release the button once the desired volume is reached.
- LED will blink fast three times, confirming the new setting.
- The water volume level is now saved.

The delivery took 4 weeks, longer than I expected.
I wouldn’t buy from this company again as although they have a UK address and phone number my coffee machine was sent from Poland with a non UK plug attached – and I doubt my order was the exception. The adaptor to change to a uk plug is huge and ugly and wont fit where I wanted to site the machine.
Yes the machine works ok, yes it was cheaper than other sites but a waste of money when you wait so long for it, UOS then Jess you about for a further week and then its not originally for the UK market. Overall – disappointed.

Machine is great, but only came with manuals and leaflet in Eastern European languages, and the machine had a European 2 pin plug (they did supply an adapter though!). Service in general from coffeefriend was terrible though, even worse was UPS who deliver on their behalf.
I recently purchased this little machine and was disappointed with it. The coffee capsules don’t always drop into the dispenser in the correct position. Consequently only hot water comes through, instead of coffee. The capsule is then wasted as it can’t be reused. Also the button has to be pressed 2 or 3 times for the required amount of coffee. I think it’s a case of you get what you pay for. For the price it is adequate
Happy with the nespresso inissia machine. Although it came with the continental 2 pin plug, the adapter provided in the box worked perfectly.
The free coffee capsules were also of good quality.
