Coffee tastes even better when it's brewed in a clean, well-maintained coffee machine. Not every cloth is suited for coffee machines though, and some of them may end up scratching the surface of your appliance. That's why we've created a special microfibre cloth for coffee machines.

Washing: can be washed in the washing machine, at a temperature no higher than 40 °C.
The universal descaler "For Better Coffee". Made of natural, high-quality ingredients, this descaler efficiently removes limescale and ensures smooth operation of your coffee machine.

How to use it?
1) Follow the instructions related to the descaling program of your coffee machine;
2) Dilute the descaler using the following ratio: 100 ml of the descaler:1 l of water (if the user manual of your coffee machine indicates that 500 ml of water should be used for the descaling procedure, cut the quantity of the descaler in half too and use 50 ml);
3) Once the descaling program is finished, rinse the water tank of your coffee machine with clean water.
Tip: pour water into the water tank of your coffee machine first, then add the descaler (unless it's specified otherwise in the manual of your coffee machine).
Ingredients: contains lactic acid.
Storage conditions: store in a place inaccessible to children.

Remove contact lenses if there are any and if this can be easily done. Continue washing the eyes. Immediately call the POISON CONTROL AND INFORMATION CENTRE or contact your doctor. Keep locked away. Pour out the contents/throw out the container in accordance with current legislation.

This coffee machine has an integrated “Aeroccino” milk foamer, allowing you to enjoy coffee with milk with just one press of a button. Thanks to the high pressure pump and quick heating system, coffee will be prepared in just a few seconds. Thanks to used coffee capsules container, the process of preparing coffee beverages will become more convenient – you will no longer need to dispose used coffee capsules manually. This container can hold up to 11 used coffee capsules. The coffee machine shuts down automatically when not in use for longer period of time. Frequently Asked Questions
This coffee machine doesn’t notify the user about the need to descale it, but it is equipped with an automatic descaling program. We recommend running the program every 1–2 months, depending on how hard your water is and how often you use the machine. It’s also recommended to perform the cleaning program every 200 portions using special cleaning capsules.

Machine as always with Nespresso is very good and came quickly in the end but took quite a while. Firstly they were out of stock despite advertising the machine we wanted, then they offered an alternative but then did not have the colour we wanted in stock, so we waited as we were told it was on its way and then told it had not arrived in the next delivery. We were promised some extras to compensate for the delays and mix up but they then never arrived. So overall a disappointing experience, if it hadn’t been for the old machine breaking and a urgent need for a new one and the promises which kept us hanging on then would have gone elsewhere. And they had the money already so were a bit stuck and based on the speed of service no idea how long a refund would have taken.
The service I received was very good. However I was unaware that the machine had been made for the European market with a different plug and socket system. Although the adapter was supplied it is large and quite unsightly in the kitchen.
