  • How do you deliver the goods?

    We use mayor delivery companies like GLS, TNT, APC and DPD to deliver your products. The standard delivery time is 1-4 business days. We do not deliver on weekends. However, the delivery can take longer for pro line coffee machines or specially ordered coffee items. If your delivery is going to take longer than expected, you'll be informed over e-mail.

    When your parcel is ready to go, you will receive a tracking number to your e-mail. You can track your parcel in the courier tracking system:

  • Do you offer express delivery?

    Yes, we do. We can ship any product overnight with TNT Express delivery for additional charge. In each case the charge is calculated individually depending on shipment weight and exact address. Please contact our support team to find out the details for your order.

  • Where do you ship your products from?

    We have multiple warehouses accross Europe, therefore your products may come from inside the UK, or outside the UK if we run out of stock and wish to ship your order as soon as possible. In that case, you will be provided with a 3-pin UK adapter plug for free to be able to use your product right away.

  • How much will the shipping cost?

    If you order within the UK - shipping & return (in 14 working days for unused products) is free! Otherwise, it depends on the location you want your goodies to be delivered to. Delivery costs to different countries vary.

  • Can I return an item if I don't like it?

    Yes, if you don't love it, you can return it for free within 14 days if the item isn't used and has original packaging.

    You can choose two return options: Drop it off at DPD pick up point or have us arrange a courier collection. In both cases to return an item you must contact us and arrange a return through our team.

  • Do you give warranty to your products?

    Yes. Most domestic use coffee machines have 2 year manufacturer's warranty. However, some of coffee machines might have 1 year warranty (pro line coffee machines, some semi-automatic models and ect., it will be indicated next to each product).

  • Where do I register for warranty?

    You do not need to register for warranty. Your warranty starts when you purchase your coffee machine and all you need is an invoice with a purchase date.

  • Are all coffee machines on your website brand new?

    Yes. All the coffee machines are brand new. However, we have the refurbished section as well where we sell demo coffee machines.

  • What's the warranty for your refurbished coffee machines?

    For all domestic refurbished coffee machines we provide 2 year warranty.

  • What's the return policy of the refurbished coffee machines?

    The same policy as for the brand new coffee machines - unused items can be returned within 14 days for free if they have original packaging.
