No matter the sun or a cold winter’s breeze, we all have those days when you just want to curl up in a cozy blanket and stay home with a cup of hot beverage. So, what could be better than a large mug of warming chai latte on a day like this?

You will need:
– 200 ml hot water
– 100 ml your chosen type of milk
– 24 g (2 skimmed tablespoons) chosen Chalo chai latte powder
– A pinch of cinnamon or ground black pepper

Preparation:
– Put 24 g of your chosen Chalo chai powder into your favourite mug
– Pour 200 ml of hot water
– Stir in 100 ml of milk: you can choose either cold or warm milk. Also, instead of warm milk, you can choose milk foam
– Top it off with cinnamon or ground black pepper

Refreshing ice chai latte

You will need:
– 20 g Chalo chai latte powder (strawberry, lemon or blueberry flavour)
– 50 ml hot water
– 200 ml cold water
– 6 ice cubes
– Toppings: frozen blueberries, strawberries or a slice of lime

Preparation:
– Gently stir 20 g of Chalo chai powder in 50 ml of hot water until it melts
– Put 6 ice cubes into the cup and pour cold water in
– Season with chosen toppings

Healthy and delicious brownies with chai powders

Brownie with Chalo chai powder

A perfect recipe made for sharing. Your friends will be amazed by an exceptional taste. So let’s roll up the sleeves, grab your ingredients and off to the kitchen!

You will need:
– 400 g pitted dates
– 4 tbsp. coconut oil
– 6 tbsp. cacao powder
– 2 tbsp. honey
– 2 tbsp. chia seeds
– 70 g pumpkin seeds
– A pinch of sea salt
– 60 g chopped hazelnuts
– 1 tbsp. Chalo “Vanilla Chai Latte”
– 3 tbsp. Chalo “Masala Chai Latte”
– Flax seed for seasoning

Preparation:
– Blend the ingredients all together (except hazelnuts) in a blender until smooth
– Stir in hazelnuts
– Pour the mass on the baking sheet, spread it evenly. Make it around 1.5 cm high by pressing down with another baking sheet
– Wrapped like this, leave the brownie in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
– Finally cut the brownies into small pieces and sprinkle with flax seed

Sweet tooth’s favourite: banana pancakes with cardamom chai powder

You will need:
– 3 ripe bananas
– 6 eggs
– 100 g coconut shavings
– 50 g blueberries or other berries
– 1 tbsp. coconut oil (for cooking)
– 1 tbsp. Chalo “Cardamom Chai Latte”

Preparation:
– Peel bananas and crush them with a fork
– Beat eggs and mix them with prepared banana puree
– Pour in coconut shavings, blueberries and Chalo chai powder and mix everything together
– Preheat the coconut oil in a pan
– Add the prepared mixture in small portions to the pan (the pancakes should be elegant and small), cook on both sides evenly
