Let’s open the season of garden breakfasts and picnics outside in sun, Mates, because summer is almost here! Whether you enjoy sunbathing at the beach or hosting house parties with backyard barbecues, there’s nothing more refreshing than sipping on an ice-cold coffee to beat the summer heat. Here are our favourite coffee drinks (and more) to make your day a little bit more extra…delicious.

Simple, yet amazingly fresh

For those who can’t survive the day without a shot of glorious espresso, this drink will definitely come in handy during a hot summer day. Simple, strong and with a pinch of summer flavour to brighten your day.

Ingredients:
– A shot of espresso (30 ml). We recommend “Parallel 36” coffee beans
– A couple of ice-cubes
– A slice of lime
Espresso glass

Pop a few ice-cubes in, pour the espresso shot and top it off with a slice of lime. Couldn’t be easier, right?

Energy bomb for sleepless summer nights

We’re not joking about sleepless nights when talking about this drink. Especially strong, yet refreshing combination of probably most popular drinks will definitely surprise you.

Ingredients:
– A shot of espresso (30 ml). We recommend “Parallel 12” coffee beans
– 200 ml Coca-Cola
– A couple of ice-cubes
– 2 pumps of vanilla syrup
– A slice of lime and a twig of fresh thyme to spice up the taste
Latte glass

Pour Coca-Cola into the glass with ice-cubes, add espresso and vanilla syrup. Top up with a slice of lime and a twig of fresh thyme.

Fusion of red accents

Ice-cold coffee complemented with bright flavours of citrus and berries sounds like a compelling way to start a Sunday morning. Breathe in the smell of a good day.

Ingredients:
– A shot of espresso (30 ml). We recommend Café Liégeois “Magnifico” coffee beans
– 150 ml Russchian Schweppes
– A couple of ice-cubes
– 2 pumps of vanilla syrup
– A slice of grapefruit and a few fresh raspberries

Pour Russchian Schweppes into the glass with ice-cubes, add espresso and vanilla syrup. Top up with a slice of grapefruit and fresh raspberries. Feel the perfect taste already?

A piece of exotic Greece

No need to travel anywhere, because you can enjoy a perfect drink and a peace of Greece right at home! Sweet, light and definitely refreshing – no wonder it’s one of the most popular iced coffee drinks.

Ingredients:
– A shot of espresso (30 ml). We recommend “Caprissimo Professional” coffee beans
– 1 teaspoon Fonte “Vanilla Frappe” mix
– A couple of ice-cubes
– 200 ml milk
– Whipped cream to top up the drink
– A piece of chocolate
Latte glass

Mix the milk, a shot of espresso, frappe and ice-cubes in a blender. Pour the mixture into the glass and top it off with whipped cream and a piece of glorious piece of chocolate.

Spicy and mysterious

When everything’s tried out and you’re looking for something interesting and mysterious – we recommend trying a refreshing and sweet solution of iced chai cocktail.

Ingredients:
– A tablespoon of chai tea mix. We recommend David Rio “Tiger chai”
– 200 ml milk
– A couple of ice-cubes
– A shot of espresso (30 ml). We recommend “Caprissimo Fragrante” coffee beans

Mix the milk, a shot of espresso, chai tea mix and ice-cubes in a blender and then pour everything into the glass. Simple, easy and extremely delicious!

Summer fling

Refreshing, tasty, a true symbol of summer – perfectly balanced ice tea. Invite your friends and enjoy this blend of summer flavours.

Ingredients:
– A cup of tea. We recommend “Gunpowder Green Tea” Stick tea
– 2 pumps of caramel syrup
– A couple of ice-cubes
– Lemon and grapefruit slices to taste

Prepare the tea and leave it to cool down for a bit. Put ice-cubes into the glass, pour in the syrup, cool tea and slices of grapefruit and lemon.
